Dr. Stewart Hamilton speaks at the CPTG annual lecture on Thursday November 12

The Committee of Provincial and Territorial Geologists (CPTG) annual lecture is on Thursday November 12, at 1:00 p.m. at the University of Manitoba.

CPTG annually awards one survey geologist from across the country for his or her outstanding, long-term achievements. This year’s 2015 award winner is Dr. Stewart Hamilton with the Ontario Geological Survey. Dr. Hamilton will be in Winnipeg as part of his lecture tour to present the advantages of wide-spectrum geochemical sampling of groundwater: 101 uses beyond ‘water quality data’.
