Congratulations Mr. Cullen and Mr. Wilson

Congratulations are sent out to Cliff Cullen who now becomes the Minister for Mines in the new Ministry of Growth, Enterprise and Trade. His Deputy Minister is Jamie Wilson (ex-Treaty Commissioner).
