Hey troops,

Just came from a meeting with MLA Kelly Bindle, Thompson. Good guy.

If you have any concerns or ideas that you would like to see put into effect, Mr. Bindle has kindly agreed to advance these ideas to the right minister.

I talked about increasing the work permits to a minimum three years as opposed to one year.

Try to keep the ideas concise and how they will help the prospectors and developers. One of the questions I was delighted to hear was how can the gov. help to attract investment to Manitoba. It shows a level of concern.

The legislature is out on Thurs., so if I can receive the answers by tomorrow night, I will compile them and send them to Kelly who will in turn get the file to the right minister before the Christmas break. Sow the seed, so to speak.
