MPDA annual general meeting

The Manitoba Prospector and Developers of Manitoba Inc., will be holding our Annual General Meeting on:

October 5th, 2016 at 12:00 pm

Canad Inns Polo Park

1405 St. Matthews Avenue

Winnipeg, MB

 

One item on the meeting’s agenda will be the election of MPDA officers and directors. The positions to be voted on are:

·         President

·         Vice President

·         Treasurer

·         Secretary &

·         3 Directors

 

Any member who is in good standing (yearly membership has been paid) with the MPDA is allowed:

·        to vote

·         to run for a position

·         to nominate another person for a position (a seconder for the nomination will be required)

Advance nominations should be submitted to Kathy Ringland via email (info@gossan.ca) by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. A call for nominations from the floor will also be made at the meeting.
