The MPDA is excited to join forces with industry to promote the first ever industry driven mineral exploration convention in Manitoba on November 22, 2018. Central Canada is recognized as an important mining jurisdiction with Manitoba being the hub. There is currently an opportunity to showcase and shape the future of mining in central Canada through a unified voice that bridges all interests of the sector. The Convention will facilitate networking, professional development, and industry engagement with presentations highlighting advancements in mineral exploration as well as commodity and exploration opportunities available in central Canada and access to government leaders in Manitoba.
The theme for our upcoming Convention is Strategic Exploration as applied to opportunities in central Canada. Our speakers and presenters will look to highlight the driving forces for successful mineral exploration and build connections between exploration professionals, suppliers, financiers, innovators, Indigenous Peoples, and communities. The synergies we cultivate at CCMEC will introduce new platforms to encourage promotion of central Canada as a place to explore with Manitoba being the arena to network with proven successful innovators and entrepreneurs capable of advancing this highly prospective area of Canada to the world stage.
